Escape from Tarkov invaded by cheaters since the last wipe

A few weeks ago, the players ofEscape from Tarkov were finally able to discover a new map, thanks to a major update, which resulted in a wipe of the servers. As often, this allows many players to immerse themselves in the Battlestate Games FPS. But the last wipe seems to have opened the door to cheaters.

Like other FPS being more or less competitive, EFT is not spared from these malicious users, ruining the game with, here, a much greater feeling of frustration, since these cheats also cause the loss of the stuff carried. On Reddit, we can see a plethora of messages complaining about cheaters in recent weeks, almost all of them being unanimous about their massive presence.

In the pinned discussion, in order to group all the messages in the same place, most complain about the resurgence of these players, much more important than usual. The community has indeed gotten used to coming across cheaters from time to time, but everyone agrees that with this wipe, the latter are much more numerous and seem not to be sanctioned. In the discussion, several people even mention “ the worst wipe from Escape from Tarkov.

Even if the developers fight cheating, with more or less regular waves of bans, some players feel that Battlestate Games is not doing enough, in particular to limit their arrival in the game. Hopefully, after correcting the few problems that have slipped into the last update and the Streets of Tarkov map the problem of cheating is taken seriously, to avoid seeing its population reduce over time.
