ESG: the Gresb ranking distinguishes Gecina and Mercialys

Gecina affirms that it obtains an overall Gresb rating of 96/100, and a rating of 100/100 for development activities, positioning itself in 1st place out of 100 listed real estate companies in Europe. Mercialys indicates that it remains in 2nd place in its category, that of listed European commercial real estate companies.

Mercialys declares that it obtains a score of 89/100, i.e. “a score significantly higher than that of the average of Gresb respondents”, which stands at 75/100 in 2023, and that it also retains its status. Green Star”, the highest category of the benchmark, for the 7th consecutive year. The property company says it is particularly valued for “its CSR management integrated into the heart of the company’s strategy”, with the maximum score in the “management” and “objectives” categories, recognition of the ambitious objectives set in its CSR 4 Fair Impacts strategy. for 2030.

Gecina affirms for its part that it is increasing its overall score by two points compared to 2022, with a clear progression on the criteria of water management, risk management and greenhouse gas emissions, and a 10% drop in emissions recorded in 2022.
