(Boursier.com) — In Q3 2023, ESI Group generated a turnover of 20.7 million euros (+5.9% cc and -0.2% YoY), mainly thanks to license sales for an amount of 17.4 million euros (+ 6.9% cc and +0.5% YoY). The impact of exchange rates intensified in the third quarter, mainly due to the movement of the Japanese yen against the euro.

ESI Group sales for the first 9 months of 2023 amounted to 104.1 million euros (+6.8% cc and +4% YoY) compared to 100.1 million euros for the same period of the previous year, supported by license sales (+10% cc). The continued growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR) supports the development of the group, with an increase of +14% cc, reaching 93.5 million euros compared to 84.0 million euros for the same period in 2022.

Business grew in all regions at constant exchange rates, led by EMEA, which posted growth of 10%. The geographic distribution of sales for the first nine months of 2023, at current exchange rates, is as follows: EMEA represents 48% (compared to 45% in 2022), Asia represents 36% (compared to 39% in 2022) and the Americas represent 16% (stable compared to 2022). Changes in the Japanese yen continued to impact performance in Asia at current exchange rates.

Over the past nine months, the automotive industry has remained the main driver of growth for ESI Group.
