(CercleFinance.com) – As part of its ‘OneESI 2024 – Focus to Grow’ strategic plan, ESI Group announces the sale for 24 million euros of its non-strategic fluid simulation software, which represented 4.6 million euros of turnover in 2021.
“Selling this non-strategic asset to an industry leader, for approximately five times revenue, is the best solution for all of its stakeholders: customers, employees and shareholders,” the company explains.
The simulation and virtual prototyping software publisher recalls having presented, last October, a plan aimed at concentrating its investments to support its new strategic vision, and improve its turnover and profitability.
