Esker’s general meeting validated the distribution of a dividend of 60 cents per share for the 2021 financial year, up 20% over one year.
The ex-dividend date has been set for June 23, for payment on June 27. Shareholders who have held their shares in registered or administered registered form for at least two years will be awarded a loyalty bonus of 10%, i.e. a dividend increased to 0.66 euro per share.
The share remains at a level of 116.70 euros, i.e. a yield of 0.5% on the basis of the ordinary coupon.vvv
