According to British military experts, the number of operational flights by Russian warplanes in Ukraine has increased in the past two weeks, especially in the south of the country. This is almost certainly a reaction to an increase in Ukrainian offensive operations, according to the daily intelligence report on the war in Ukraine from the Ministry of Defense in London.
The Russian air forces tried to use it to support their ground forces. Despite the increase, the number is still much lower than at the beginning of the war, when there were up to 300 missions. The south of the country was often more accessible to Russian air forces than other front sections.
