In August 2020, Monique Olivier, the former companion of serial killer Michel Fourniret, is coming out of silence for the first time. In April 2021, she admitted having played a role in the kidnapping and death ofEstelle Mouzin. In her testimony, she revealed to have “exchanged a few words“with the little girl before leaving their home in Sart-Custinne. She then specified having found Michel Fourniret with the body, lifeless, by Estelle Mouzin a few hours later. However, Monique Olivier had affirmed not “not having witnessed the murder” and “the body of the little girl was already deposited in the Citroën C15 “. She also specified that she had accompanied her ex-husband by car to the start of the path. According to his words, it would be then left with the remains of the young girl and would have it buried in a forest not far from Ville-sur-Lumes. Despite numerous excavations, the body of Estelle Mouzin has still not been found.
