(CercleFinance.com) – Eurazeo announces that it has raised more than one billion euros for the PME IV fund, an amount up by more than 50% compared to the previous fund.
‘This success illustrates the success and attractiveness of our strategy dedicated to the internationalization of French SMEs that are leaders in their sector’, assures the company.
In addition, the share of institutional and private investors reached
today more than 60% against 38% for the previous fund.
These partner investors include top-tier institutional investors – asset managers, sovereign wealth funds and insurance companies – and family investors from France (64%), Europe excluding France (24%), and Asia ( 12%).
