(CercleFinance.com) – As part of its commitment to the fight against climate change and for decarbonization, Eurazeo announces that the Eurazeo Transition Infrastructure Fund (ETIF) reached its first closing with 210 million euros in commitments from the EIF (European Investment Fund) and various institutional investors.
Eurazeo emphasizes that this fund is dedicated to transition infrastructure and aims to support the transition to a low-carbon economy.
The EIF has invested €75 million, supported by the InvestEU programme.
To date, the fund has a portfolio of 3 investments in 3 sectors and 3 European countries, specifies Eurazeo.
