(CercleFinance.com) – Euroapi announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of BianoGMP, a Contract and Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) company with recognized expertise in oligonucleotides.
The total amount of the transaction amounts to approximately 10 million euros, including an upfront payment, a deferred amount and investments intended to increase the capacities of BianoGMP to carry out larger scale and more complex projects.
The transaction should consolidate Euroapi’s position on the rapidly growing oligonucleotide market (+12 to +14% per year). Its completion, subject to the usual conditions, is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2023.
