(CercleFinance.com) – Euroapi announced Tuesday evening the finalization of the acquisition of the German Biano, an operation intended to strengthen its positioning in the pharmaceutical subcontracting market (CDMO) and the oligonucleotide segment, today now growing.
The operation, made official this summer, is estimated at around 10 million euros.
It is planned that Biano will retain its commercial brand, while becoming a subsidiary of Euroapi.
Biano’s clientele, whose activities focus on small-scale, early phase (preclinical or phase I), complex and personalized projects, is mainly located in Europe and Asia.
