(CercleFinance.com) – Eurobio Scientific announces the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Biomedical Diagnostics (BMD), a Belgian company specializing in the distribution of in vitro diagnostic tests in the Benelux area (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg) .
Created in 1986, BMD employs ten people and achieved a turnover of 3.3 ME in 2020. The company offers a range of tests and specialized instruments through exclusive distribution contracts.
‘It has become a key player in the field of autoimmunity for which it offers its customers a very complete range of solutions including reagents and instruments’, indicates Eurobio Scientific.
This acquisition is perfectly in line with Eurobio Scientific’s European development strategy. Financial terms were not disclosed.
