In her speech, the candidate from Eric Zemmour’s party delivered a long indictment against what she calls “the Islamization of France and Europe”. Marion Maréchal therefore chose to place the campaign on a civilizational level and denounces the incompatibility, according to her, between Islam and the Judeo-Christian tradition of Europe.

“Today there is an Islamic civilization carried by increasingly radical currents which prosper in France, which prosper in Europe and which enter into confrontation with our French, European and Christian civilization. Through the explosion of incivility, of gratuitous violence, the desire to humiliate the French, the kouffar, the gwer,” she declared.
