European stock markets open lower

European stock markets opened slightly lower on Tuesday, trying with difficulty to anticipate the next decisions of central banks.

At the opening, Paris fell by 0.29%, Frankfurt by 0.28% and London by 0.20%. In the bond market, government interest rates rose slightly.
