Europlasma: Drawing of a new tranche of Océanes

(CercleFinance.com) – Europlasma, a specialist in the treatment of hazardous waste, says it has drawn up a new tranche of Océanes, without BSA attached, for a nominal amount of one million euros.

The issuance of these 200 convertible bonds should give rise to the creation of 185,185,185 new shares on the basis of a theoretical conversion price of 0.0054 euros, i.e. 100% of the lowest average daily price weighted by the volumes of the Last 15 trading days.

Consequently, the participation of a shareholder holding 1% of the company’s capital to date could thus be reduced to 0.62%.

The group, which concluded last March a bond loan of 15 million euros over three years – says it is able to finance the activities and investments of its subsidiary Les Forges de Tarbes until March 31, 2026.

A credit line of 14.4 million euros should, at the same time, enable it to cover financing needs and investments for its other activities (treatment, waste recovery and decarbonization) until June 30, 2024.

The stock, down 4% today, shows a decline of more than 99% over the entire 2023 stock market year.
