(CercleFinance.com) – Eutelsat Communications announces that Dong Wan Yoo resigned from his mandate as independent director on February 29, and was replaced on the same date by Hanwha Systems UK Ltd, represented by Joo-Yong Chung.
The satellite operator’s board of directors is now made up of 15 members, including 60% women and 67% independent members. Joo-Yong Chung is currently executive vice president and head of M&A at Hanwha Aerospace.
