(CercleFinance.com) – The descent into hell continues for Eutelsat which has just recorded a historic low at 7,000E and fell -37% in 48 hours.
Eutelsat Communications (which now weighs less than 1.6 billion euros in market capitalization) will merge with OneWeb (valued at 3.3 billion euros), by exchanging shares, and this operation will be followed by a capital increase.
Eutelsat pulverizes the floor of 8.1E on March 16, June 29, then October 1 and 13, 2020.
It is difficult to identify a downward target for this stock, which was introduced on the stock exchange around 11.5E in December 2005 and which peaked at around 32.5E at the beginning of 2015.
A halving of the price since the zenith of 13.3E in early November 2021 induces a price of 6.65E… which at the current rate could be reached tomorrow
