According to a new study by Statistics Austria, every fourth job in the field of environmental technology is in Upper Austria. We have 8099 jobs in this future area. “These data show that we are backing the right horse with the promotion of environmental technology,” says LH Thomas Stelzer (ÖVP). And he affirms that we will continue, for example by securing the supply of skilled workers. “Upper Austria must remain a land of work and production even under the new circumstances of climate protection and energy conversion,” says Stelzer.
