Like every year (or almost), L’EVO will make its return next summer in Las Vegas, from July 19 to 21, 2024 to be precise. This time, the venue for the players’ reception will be different, since the West Hall of the local Convention Center has been chosen, as indicated organizers. Numerous free-access arcade machines will be available on site, with a section BYOC, a cosplay competition with guest judges and photo dioramas, an art gallery on the history of fighting games and even a stage dedicated to panels, interviews and other reveals. A Community Showcase will also make a return.
Here is the list of games that were selected for the event, obviously including the most recent releases of Bandai Namco, Capcom, NetherRealm Studios And Arc System Works (with Cygames):
The 8 finalist participants of each tournament will leave with medals, trophies and part of the cash prize of $30,000 minimum per competition. Below you can find the long video used to announce the selected titles.
