In the next episode of “Here it all begins”… With Bleupré, Teyssier is not at the end of his troubles… At the singles club, two exes meet again. At the institute, Leroy’s talents are called into question.

Monday April 29 in Here it all begins…
Constance wants Teyssier to resign
After giving her husband an ultimatum – to choose between their relationship and his position as director at the Institute – Constance spent the weekend with a friend. Back at the Institute, she finds Teyssier waiting for her in front of the infirmary with a bouquet of flowers. He apologizes to her, regretting having turned on him. Constance says she doesn’t want to fight. But she refuses to see her husband isolate himself to make his dream of Bleupré come true. Teyssier promises to think about taking a break as soon as he has resolved the Master’s student strike.
Especially since this strike has grown: it has spread to other promotions at the Institute and has been relayed on the networks by several great leaders. Clotilde emphasizes that this harms the image of the school. But Teyssier claims to have arguments to convince students to put an end to it.
He goes to Double A where all the Master’s students are gathered. They are still demanding the maintenance of the Master – which Teyssier intended to abolish to finance Bleupré. The latter, however, entrusts them with a sworn statement that he will keep the Master’s degree for at least one year. Then, he proposed organizing a system of alternation of management of the Bleupré restaurant. Each young chef of the Master will have the opportunity to direct it for two months by developing their own menu. After ensuring that he intended to correct his errors, Teyssier let the students debate his proposals among themselves.
If Enzo is completely satisfied with Teyssier’s proposals, Mehdi is reserved. He has difficulty trusting the director and suspects him of always wanting to put Anaïs in charge of Bleupré. The latter says she does not plan to apply. Along the way, she reconciles with Enzo. In any case, all the students agree to end their strike.
For his part, Teyssier talks about the proposals he made to the Master’s students to the rest of the educational council. Once he leaves, Antoine declares that his idea of a rotation at Bleupré is very interesting and enriching for the students. Claire and Rose are much less enthusiastic about Teyssier’s methods. Clotilde suggests that everyone must decide for themselves whether or not they will vote for him during the vote which will take place on Wednesday.
Teyssier, for his part, finds his wife in the Institute park. With the students’ strike over, he promises her that everything will return to normal because his colleagues no longer have any leverage to fire him. He then suggests to Constance that they meet face-to-face the following week on vacation. But that’s not enough for Constance. She expresses her desire that he resign from his position and that they go together to the Landes, where they had spent very good times together before getting married. Constance refuses to return home and suggests that her husband think about it alone.
Later, Teyssier visits the Master’s students, including Enzo, Jude and Mehdi, the kitchens of Bleupré. He puts them to work by instructing them to start brainstorming menu ideas. At first undecided, Mehdi ends up being convinced.
In the night, unable to sleep, Teyssier begins to bake. Bérénice surprises him and easily assumes that he cannot sleep because of the situation between Constance and him. Bérénice thinks he should go to the Landes with her. At the same time, Captain Brassac knocks on the door. When Teyssier opens the door, the police officer tells him that Bleupré caught fire in the evening. The causes of the fire are still unknown, but everything burned…
Billie and Tom meet up at the singles club
In the park, Billie and Maya discuss the strike that is shaking up the Institute. During the discussion, Maya hears from Billie about her breakup with Tom. The young girl admits to being at rock bottom, while being aware that she must take responsibility for her decision. Maya officially integrates him into her singles club and goes out clubbing with them that same evening to take her mind off things.
Later, in the locker room, Billie realizes that Leonard made the same proposition to Tom and that he accepted. Even though he offers to withdraw from the club if it makes her uncomfortable, Billie acts like it doesn’t bother her.
During the service, Tom solicits Billie because of a problem with the card machine. He takes the opportunity to point out how cool he thinks it is that they can continue to talk to each other and learn to become friends. Billie slows him down immediately: she prefers that they live their lives separately. Seeing that the tone is rising, Leonard intervenes. He suggests moving the evening to avoid creating problems between them. Tom instead declares that he will not come.
Leroy’s talents are called into question
In the park, Jasmine and David take advantage of the strike to chill. However, David regrets not attending Leroy’s class on molecular cuisine. This is not the case for Jasmine. Without suspecting that the person concerned hears it, the young girl criticizes him, saying that he is simply good in his way of cooking and not in cooking.
Once the strike is over, Jasmine, David, Jim and Thibault go to the Workshop for Leroy’s class. He decides to change his program and offers a challenge to the students: each of them will have to make a dish that they will also have to make at the same time.
At the end of the test, Leroy and the students taste each person’s plates to decide between them. Each time, Leroy’s plate is named the best… except compared to Jasmine’s. The leader is forced to bow. He tells the young girl that she was right: he knows how to impress, but he doesn’t know how to produce dishes of a good standard in the kitchen. Jasmine is suddenly uncomfortable.
