(Boursier.com) — The Supervisory Board of AMPERE Gestion, a subsidiary of CDC Habitat, has appointed, as of July 1, 2022, Nathalie CAILLARD as Chairman of the Management Board of AMPERE Gestion, following the resignation of Vincent Mahé, as well as Marc PETILLOT Managing Director of AMPERE Gestion.
The new management board of AMPERE Gestion is made up of Nathalie CAILLARD, chairman of the management board, Marc PETILLOT, managing director, and Florian DELATTE, financial director.
