(Boursier.com) — In accordance with the agreements signed in 2017 as part of the co-development of the Quai 8.2 operation, Icade and Covivio proceeded to the unwinding, on January 18, 2022, of the operation by cross exchange of shares of the two assets Orianz and FactorE located in Bordeaux EURATLANTIQUE.
This transaction results in the acquisition of 100% of the Orianz asset by Icade and 100% of the FactorE asset by Covivio.
Delivered in 2018, these two office buildings are ideally located in the mixed Armagnac Quai 8.2 district, in the immediate vicinity of the Bordeaux Saint Jean TGV station and an integral part of the Bordeaux EURATLANTIQUE operation of national interest.
The Orianz asset, developing an area of nearly 20,800 m(2) and now 100% owned by Icade, is more than 97% occupied by first-tier tenants, including Orange and Allianz VIE over the residual term of the leases for almost 5 years. The FactorE building, now 100% owned by Covivio, totals 10,900 m(2), and displays an occupancy rate of 100%, with in particular the presence of the companies Spaces and Thermo Fisher Scientific, over a residual period of leases of almost 6 years.
