(Boursier.com) — In session the action Exail Technologies rebounds by 5.21% to 22.2 euros
The Minister of the Armed Forces, Mr. Sébastien Lecornu, visited the Exail site in Toulon yesterday, specializing in autonomous robotics for naval applications. The General Delegate for Armaments, Emmanuel Chiva and the Chief of Staff of the Navy, Admiral Nicolas Vaujour, were also present.
The minister was able to discover the capabilities of fighting underwater mines, made up of several drones which work together to secure a maritime area. Exail is the only global player with the complete range of robots to carry out this type of mission.
In order to support the French strategy for controlling the seabed, Exail also presented its deep-sea drone solutions, developed on the Toulon site for more than 40 years, and capable of diving up to 6,000 meters.
In a context of strengthening and modernization of French forces, the minister underlined “the importance of industrial sovereignty and the capacity of players in the sector to ramp up.” The Exail teams thank its visitors “for their presence and for the opportunity to have been able to present to them the solutions developed by the group” and assure “Exail will be able to respond to these challenges and will be proud to once again put its capabilities in the service of French sailors”.
