DISTRIBUTION IN KIND OF PRODWAYS GROUP SHARES
Realization of the operation
Following the approval of the operation by the shareholders of Exail Technologies during the Combined General Meeting of June 15, 2023, the distribution in kind of Prodways Group shares to the shareholders of Exail Technologies was settled on June 23.
The total number of Prodways Group shares allocated to Exail Technologies shareholders is 2,833,770 after taking into account treasury shares not entitled to distribution in kind.
The total amount of the distribution in kind is €4,726,728.36 (at the Prodways Group opening price of €1.668 on June 21), deducted in full from the reserve accounts.
Following the transaction, Exail Technologies holds 0.42% of the share capital and 0.76% of the voting rights of Prodways Group.
