It’s a nice way to end the week. Asobo Studio has just confirmed that there is no possible delay for the highly anticipated A Plague Tale Innocence.
A Plague Tale Requiem is clearly one of the most anticipated games of this year. Scheduled for October 18 on PS5, Xbox Series PC and Nintendo Switch in Cloud version, the game will not suffer the same fate as some other productions. The developers have just announced excellent news which should reassure those who feared a postponement.

Three years after the release of A Plague Tale Innocence, Asobo is ready to return with an even more ambitious sequel. The success of its narrative action game and the international aura of this French nugget is such that A Plague Tale Requiem is particularly awaited at the turn. The title will be approached by Gamescom 2022 visitors through an exclusive demo. The developers had for the occasion shared a gameplay video of the game. And for the rest of the players, good news the appointment will be fixed for October 18th.
No more delay possible therefore, A Plague Tale Requiem is Gold. The development of the game is therefore almost finalized and the title ready to be pressed and deployed without a hitch. This obviously does not exclude the existence of a now inevitable Day One patch. The game will therefore not suffer the same fate as several other productions particularly expected this year but ultimately postponed. We think in particular of Hogwarts Legacy or Forspoken.
