The sports teacher and the star dancer had very clear requirements, but after two unsuccessful visits, they finally found what they were looking for with a 70 m2 apartment located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. The apartment, on a high floor, consisting of two bedrooms, bathed in sunlight, immediately fell in love with the two lovers who immediately made an offer of €895,000 instead of the €915,000 requested. And it worked !

In Toulouse, Valérie, an aeronautics executive, and her 16-year-old daughter Lola called on the lights of Sophie Bensaïd, specialist in the real estate market in the region. The mother and her daughter were looking for an apartment with two bedrooms and an exterior with a budget of €240,000. Finally, Fabienne and Philippe, two young retirees living in Île-de-France, were looking for a property near Dijon to spend their old age and be closer to their son. So they asked for help from Romain Cartier, the real estate agent who officiates in this region. Looking for a house or an apartment with 3 bedrooms, without work, on one level and with a budget of 310,000€. After two unsuccessful visits for the couple, Romain Cartier called on Stéphane Plaza, who came specially to Dijon, to help him in this complicated search. The two real estate agents finally found a house in a housing estate located in a town north of Dijon. But the house, displayed at €237,000, was above their budget.
Did Fabienne and Philippe finally settle in Dijon?
After visiting a fourth property, Fabienne and Philippe finally explained to Romain Cartier that they preferred to suspend their research for the time being. Contacted by us, the production of the program indicates that the two retirees have, at present, still not found the property that suited them in Dijon. But they continue to seek and do not despair of finding.
