EXCLUDED VIDEO – Johnny Hallyday “kid”: Zazie’s hilarious anecdote on Lighting the Fire

In 1998, came out Light the fire, the world-famous title by Johnny Hallyday, signed by Zazie and Pascal Obispo. For The Good Sunday Show, the full broadcast of which will be available on RTL on Sunday November 26, the singer returned to the recording of the song. And the least we can say is that the anecdote is hilarious. “You were there when [Johnny Hallyday] discovered the song, when he discovered the text for the first time, You brought it to him, how did it go?, began by asking the presenter. A sentence which had the instant effect of bringing a smile to the face of the interpreter of I am a man.

“It was very very funny […] We meet on a TV show, so there are lots of people”she first said, before getting up to imitate the Taulier: “He passes, then he turns around and says: ‘It’s not a bad text, eh.’ And then, he starts again. So I say to myself: ‘There, that’s already not bad'”while waving happily with his arms.

“It was great to see his enthusiasm”

Subsequently, the one who notably wrote for Florent Pagny, Jane Birkin, Patricia Kaas and Calogero, among many others, revealed behind the scenes of the recording studio. “And then there’s the studio. So, the studio is the same”continued the singer, rising again to embody the star who died on December 5, 2017. “Proud as a kid, he stands in front of the microphone, he sings: ‘It will be enough!’ He blew the microphone. It lasted 37 secondsconfided the star, before saying that the engineer present in the room had to replace an object worth several thousand euros.

And to continue his story: “But, a kid. And he goes: ‘He’ll be enough!’ Two microphones.” But, beyond this ludicrous scene, the singer especially remembers a privileged moment. “It was great to see his enthusiasm, and his hyperactive side in front of the microphone.”

The entire sequence can be found on RTL, in Le bon Dimanche show, presented by Bruno Guillonthis Sunday, November 26 from 2 p.m.
