EXCLUSIVE – Europe 1 and Roland-Garros renew their partnership until 2026


Europe 1, historic partner of Roland-Garros, is once again committed as the official radio station of the Parisian Grand Slam for the next three editions of the tournament, from 2024 to 2026. This renewal demonstrates Europe’s common and ongoing commitment 1 and the FFT to support and promote Roland-Garros, an emblematic event of world sport.

An exceptional device

Europe 1 will offer extensive coverage of the 2024 edition of Roland-Garros, which will be held from May 20 to June 9, thanks to an exceptional system. Throughout the fortnight, the antenna of the famous radio station will vibrate to the rhythm of the news from Porte d’Auteuil. Among the highlights, “Le journal de Roland-Garros” will be broadcast every day at 8:30 a.m., the “Service Gagnant” show hosted by Cédric Pioline will be offered every evening, and regular updates on the evolution of the scores will be provided. All day long.

As part of this collaboration, Europe 1 Morning, the station’s morning show presented by Dimitri Pavlenko, will exceptionally take up residence on the Philippe-Chatrier court on Monday May 27. Europe 1 will also win its listeners tickets to attend qualifying matches during Opening Week as well as the women’s and men’s singles finals.

On social networks, Europe 1 will share immersive content with tennis fans on YouTube, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and Dailymotion throughout the event. The series “The emotion in your ears” will offer a summary of the highlights of the day commented on by the journalists in the cabin. In addition, europe1.fr will dedicate a special page to Roland-Garros, highlighting match results, a “live” section as well as portraits of young French talents.
