The president of the French Football Federation (FFF) Noël Le Graët affirms in the program “Europe 1 Sport” that he has “no reason” to stop, after the various accusations of which he has been the target. “I will be there, and very present,” he adds in an exceptional interview to follow in full Thursday evening from 8 p.m.

Whatever happens, he will remain president of the FFF until the end of his term. Outstanding guest ofEurope 1 Sport this Thursday, Noël Le Graët confirmed, despite recent controversies, that he will hold his post until December 2024. “Yes, there is no reason, except health”, answers the president of the French Football Federation at the microphone of Jacques Vendroux. “The rest, I will be there, and very present”, he wishes to add.

“2024 is already two more years. Even if I am very young, I think it will be good”, continues the boss of French football, who will turn 83 on December 25, 2024.

After the investigation of “So Foot”: “For me, it’s a done deal”

The mandate of Noël Le Graët is however studded with challenges in various cases. Last September, the Ministry of Sports initiated an audit and control mission within the federation after the publication of an investigation in the magazine SoFoot pointing out many dysfunctions. In this investigation was mentioned in particular the sending of SMS of a sexual nature to employees.

“Questions on what?”, asks Noël Le Graët when this affair is approached by the editorialist Jacques Vendroux. “I say first that I filed a complaint and then the state controls. For me, it’s a done deal,” says the president of the FFF, not wishing to expand further on the subject. .
