(Boursier.com) — Exel Industries informs its shareholders that its ordinary annual general meeting will be held on Tuesday February 6 (10:30 a.m.) at the Athens Services Conference Center, in Paris.
The notice of meeting serving as notice of meeting was published on December 29 in the Bulletin of Legal and Obligatory Announcements. It contains in particular the agenda of the meeting, the draft resolutions which will be presented to the Meeting and the main terms of participation and voting at this meeting. It is also available on the company’s website, under the Investors/General Meetings section.
It will be proposed to the General Meeting to pay a dividend of 1.57 euros per share.
