How often can you use the exercise bike?

With the exercise bike it is like with any other piece of sports equipment – the duration of the training depends on your own fitness. We recommend that you just start training 20 minutes to start three to four times a week. You can then expand the units as you wish. Just make sure how your body reacts and don’t overexert yourself. If your head starts to hurt or is slowly getting warmer, you should stop exercising.

How much does an exercise bike cost?

Good exercise bikes are not cheap and the more you invest, the higher quality and especially stability you can expect. The first models can already start at 120 euros, but there are hardly any upper limits. Cross trainers in particular are more expensive, but for good reason, because without certain components the device quickly becomes unsafe or does not last long. It’s best to invest here at least 400 euros.
