Liège, Belgium, March 21, 2022 – 17:45 CET – Mithra (Euronext Brussels: MITRA) (the “Company” or “Mithra”), a company dedicated to women’s health, today announces that it has exercised a second drawdown for an amount of EUR 5 million, under the equity financing agreement signed with Goldman Sachs International (“GSI”) on February 4, 2022.
Following Mithra’s first drawdown request exercised on February 4, 2022, GSI has decided to exercise a call option for an amount of EUR 5 million, which will result in the issuance of 377,198 shares of the company.
In accordance with article 15 of the law of May 2, 2007 relating to the disclosure of major holdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market and containing various provisions, following the finalization of this capital increase , Mithra now holds 44,870,648 outstanding voting shares (compared to 44,493,450 outstanding voting shares previously).
