Exoprimal resumes for 15 minutes of gameplay

In the main game mode called Dino Survival, two teams of five Exo-combatants must follow the objectives set by an artificial intelligence which, for one reason or another, regularly summons packs of dinosaurs in the middle of the city. The competition therefore seems to be omnipresent in the background, even if the primary objective of the blue team and the red team remains to survive and calm these prehistoric invaders. And since we don’t stop progress, some species of dinosaurs are equipped with ranged weapons.

It is therefore in an uninhibited way that our different classes of Exocombatants rain down a deluge of bullets and use their assault, tank or support skills to repel the packs of raptors in what looks like a mix between Lost Planet and Anthem. Note the possibility of changing combat armor between two waves, the shield of the Roadblock tank being obviously essential against the charges of the triceratops.

Note that if the concept looks like a game-service or free-to-play attempt on the part of Capcom, the publisher confirmed to the IGN site thatExoprimal will be a traditional game sold at full price. Registrations for the July network test are open until Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 2 a.m. Exoprimal will be released in 2023 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One and Steam.
