Extradition to China: New Zealand sets precedent

Kyung Yup Kim is said to have murdered a young woman while on vacation in China thirteen years ago. China is therefore demanding his extradition. A New Zealand court has now cleared the way for this and, according to human rights activists, is creating a “disturbing precedent”.
