Perfectly made-up brows in seconds

The subject of eyebrows is often a difficult one for many – which products do I use and how, which shape suits my face. A new beauty hack shows how we can save ourselves the stress in the future.
This hack goes viral – rightly so!
We can tell you one thing right from the start: This hack is super simple and you only need three utensils in total to create the perfect brows: tape or plasters, a makeup sponge and eye shadow that resembles the natural color of your brows.
Sounds too good to be true? We thought so too, but this video proves that the hack really works. In a kind of green screen shot, beauty blogger Hayley Bui takes a critical look at the new beauty trend, as the hack looks a bit questionable at first glance. But the end result is convincing.
Apply eyebrow hack: how it works
First you take an adhesive tape of your choice. If you like, you can also use plasters – they don’t irritate the skin as much and are usually easier to remove from the skin. Now you start taping your brow along its natural shape. It is best to start above the brow and slowly work your way backwards. Then you repeat the procedure on the lower side of your brow. Be sure to make sure that the tape converges at the end of your eyebrow, so it finally gets its pointed shape. Leave the front area of the brow free to get the most natural result possible.
Eye shadow instead of eyebrow pencil
Now the beauty blender is used. Dab it lightly in the eyeshadow color of your choice and then press it onto your brows. It’s best to start with the back part, because this should usually be the most defined, which means that it also needs the most product. Then slowly work your way towards the front part of the brow. If needed, feel free to add some more eyeshadow to your makeup sponge should you feel like you need more product for the perfect end result. You then repeat the procedure for the other eyebrow. If you are satisfied with the look, carefully peel off the tape and voila – the perfect eyebrows are done!
Makeup hack works with other products too
If you don’t like the look of eyeshadow on your eyebrows, you can of course also use other eyebrow products such as pencils or gel. Because the hack simplifies one thing above all: We have the perfect brow shape in a matter of seconds. And thanks to the adhesive tape, you can also “spill” something when applying, because with a cotton swab and some make-up remover you can quickly make excess product disappear again.
