2024 - Facing Baba: Pascal Praud's little advice to Cyril Hanouna for the next broadcasts

At the helm of L’heure des pros Friday January 28, 2022 on CNews, Pascal Praud took the liberty of sending a little advice to Cyril Hanouna for the next editions of his show Face à Baba on C8.

At the controls of the daily show Do not touch My TV on C8, Cyril Hanouna has also been presenting a new political program in prime time for a few weeksbaptized Facing Baba. After receiving Éric Zemmour during the very first issue, which had achieved an excellent audience, the host this time welcomed Jean-Luc Mélenchon. The candidate of La France Insoumise thus faced several opponents, including Éric Zemmour. As was already the case during their previous debate on the antenna of BFM TV, the two men had an extremely tense exchange on set. Jean-Luc Mélenchon even went so far as to compare his interlocutor to a dog.

For his part, the former polemicist of CNews allowed himself certain remarks on his opponent’s poor hearing, which did not fail to provoke the fury of Jean-Luc Mélenchon. Obviously, Pascal Praud returned at length to this new issue of the show Facing Baba in Time for the pros Friday, January 28, 2022 on CNews. The journalist also broadcast several excerpts from the program of C8 on air, which again achieved a very good audience in prime time. After this very tough debate between the two presidential candidates, Pascal Praud positioned himself in favor of Éric Zemmourgiven that he deplored the attitude of Jean-Luc Mélenchon during the show.

Furthermore, the host of CNews made a point of underlining a small thing which did not please him in the emission of Cyril Hanouna: the public. “I remember Jean-Pierre Elkabbach who was on the show Cards on the table a day when Georges Marchais was on set. He turns to the audience and he says : ‘We’re not at the Music Hall, stop the applause!‘”, remembered Pascal Praud, before sending a message to the presenter of TPMP. “I may have a little advice for my friend Cyril (Hanouna, editor’s note). It’s complicated when there are supporters behind. I’m not sure we should bring them here“, launched the journalist.
