A total of 51 complaints have been lodged against the 40-year-old man for illegally practicing the nursing profession since September. At the same time, eight women accuse him of sexual assault, which allegedly took place between 2015 and 2021 in several cities, including Quimper, Brest, Plougastel Daoulas and even Briec. Nicolas Gonidec was taken into custody on December 8 before being presented to the Quimper prosecutor’s office on Friday. A judicial investigation was then opened.
The victims were filmed
This entrepreneur, known in the Breton cultural community, had already been sentenced to three years in prison, two of which were suspended, for similar facts. Five victims then detailed what they had suffered at the hands of Nicolas Gonidec, as France Bleu Breizh specified last October. Nicolas Gonidec, with a nurse’s case, had proposed to these women to participate in an imaginary study of reactions to injections. One of the complainants recounted having had three blood tests. The computer scientist had even simulated the injection of vaccines with empty syringes.
Nicolas Gonidec did not stop there, since he also offered them relaxation sessions, during which two of the victims said they were sexually assaulted. Women were also filmed during these sessions. “I knew him. At the time it seemed normal“, testified one of the plaintiffs, traumatized, during the trial, last October.
