Is it possible to take part in the BRIGITTE Academy job symposium on site?

Due to the unpredictable development of the Covid-19 pandemic and the associated hygiene regulations, the BRIGITTE Academy Job Symposium 2021 will only take place digitally. Participation on site is therefore not possible.

Until when can I buy a ticket for the BRIGITTE Academy Job Symposium?

You can buy your ticket for the BRIGITTE Academy Job Symposium while stocks last and by September 30th, 2021 at the latest.

How many tickets can I buy for the Job Symposium?

You can buy one ticket with access to up to two workshops per email address. You can use this to register on our Hopin event platform.

When can I choose the workshops? And how is the workshop distribution carried out?

Registration for the workshops opens in mid-August. For this you will receive another email with a link to register. You can find out more about the workshops on offer in advance on our event page https://www.gettotext.de/job2021. The workshops are distributed according to the “first come first serve” principle.

How many workshops can I attend?

You can visit up to two workshops and when ordering, choose whether you want to book workshops or VIP workshops.

What is the difference between a workshop and a VIP workshop?

Both differ in terms of the maximum number of participants. The number of participants in a workshop is limited to 100 people. In a VIP workshop, however, there is a maximum of 20 places. During a VIP workshop, you have the opportunity to speak with the Speaker: in and to be there with your shared picture and sound. At a workshop you can use the chat function to communicate with the Speaker: in and only share your picture and sound in phases.

Will the workshops be interactive when the BRIGITTE Academy Job Symposium takes place digitally?

You have the opportunity to connect to the workshops with picture and sound and to ask the speaker: in your questions. In VIP workshops, you can share your picture and sound with the group throughout the workshop.

Are there discounts for e.g. subscribers, students & or job seekers?

If you belong to one of the groups mentioned, you can receive a discount on the purchase price with valid proof.

Please select your desired ticket in the “Pre-Registration” category in the ticket shop. During the registration process you will be asked to upload your proof. After our validity check, the discounted purchase process will be activated for you.

What payment options are there?

Payment can be made by credit card, prepayment or PayPal.

Is it possible to network with the speakers or other participants?

After the official program, you can exchange ideas with other participants and speakers on a digital networking platform. You will receive more detailed information and the link for it on the day of the event.

During the event you can network with other interesting speakers in our meet-up room.

On which platform will the BRIGITTE Academy Job Symposium take place?

The BRIGITTE Academy Job Symposium will take place on the Hopin event platform.

How do I register on Hopin?

After the workshop registration, Hopin will send you a registration email. Please click on “Register here” in the registration email. Confirm Hopin’s terms and conditions and privacy policy, which apply to the BRIGITTE Academy Job Symposium. You will then receive a confirmation email from Hopin and you will be there! One day before the event you will receive another email with a direct link to the event.

What technical requirements do I need to be able to take part in the job symposium?

In order to take part in the BRIGITTE Academy Job Symposium, you need an internet-enabled device. We recommend a laptop or computer for this. It is best to use the latest version of Google Chrome or Firefox and make sure that your ad blockers are switched off. If possible, please do not use the Safari browser, as it can sometimes not display the content correctly.

In the event of technical problems, reload the page once or empty your browser’s cache. You can also try lowering the streaming quality of the video. To do this, click the “Settings” icon in the lower right corner of the streaming window and then “Quality”. There you can change the streaming quality.

I haven’t received a registration link. Whom can I contact?

If you do not receive an e-mail from us, please check your spam folder, as it happens every now and then that the e-mails are recognized as spam. If you still cannot find an email, check the settings for spam messages with your email provider. With some e-mail providers (including T-Online) it is often preset that spam messages are not put through to the mailbox. You can change this in your settings.
