“Farmer is looking for a wife”
Early sparks and first disappointment at the barn festival

Already in the second episode of “Bauer sucht Frau” there are sparks between Jörg and Patricia. Another farmer gives up.
In yesterday’s first episode of the 18th “Bauer sucht Frau” season, the first decisions were already made. In episode two (Tuesday, 8:15 p.m. on RTL, also on RTL+) Inka Bause (53) bags the last “matches” in the second part of the barn festival. The term “match”, which is actually known from less comfortable dating shows, is used more often.
Michael K. (28) “matched” with Jan Hendrik (41). The first bisexual farmer in “BsF” history is “more than flashed” by the financial manager. He’s already talking about having found a “cover for yours truly.” Competitor Aron (26), the project manager with the big pierced ears, looks down the drain.
First pawn retreats
Other farmers are also committed. Ulf (31) chooses Anna Lina (28). Max (26) chooses Anna (25) because he missed the smile on Linda’s (25) face. For Erik (31), on the other hand, it’s “over” when his chosen one Julia (23) smiles. He can “no longer stand” because of all the wobbly knees.
Theo (58) also makes a decision. But neither for Yvonne (56) nor for Helena (62). It didn’t click immediately with the rancher, so from experience it doesn’t make sense for him. Yvonne feels “cheated” by Theo, Helena is “100 percent disappointed”.
Dance exam to Ella Endlich
Still other farmers are postponing their decision to the big party, wanting to see how the women do on the dance floor. Ella Endlich (38) appears, the text-fixed participants sing along. One or the other Discofox is put down, Michael K. impresses with a balancing act.
Martin (56) chooses Carola (54) after the dance rehearsal. Michael N. (52) reduces his candidates from three to two. Christine (52) and Mandy (54) are allowed to go to his farm.
And then there is Jörg (49). The nurse cow owner reveals to his Patricia (39) on the dance floor that she is his chosen one. She hugs him, he speaks of weak knees.
Love like the fire brigade with Jörg and Patricia?
At the start of Hofwoche, the men at “BsF” like to outdo each other with the originality of the vehicles they use to pick up their wives. This season, Erik wins the contest. He transports Julia home in a wheelbarrow.
Jörg also scores. As a member of the volunteer fire brigade, he drives up in an emergency vehicle. In general, Jörg: With the relatively shy farmer, everything happens very quickly. He and his Patricia get closer earlier than the other candidates. He “doesn’t know what to do with his feelings”, she not only hopes for a nice week at the farm, but “for a whole life”. Words like “lightning” or “uncanny” are used. Patricia definitely “won his heart”.
