Farming Simulator 22 surpasses 3 million copies sold

I would like to thank our community made up of our modders, influencers, players, partners, and everyone else who has played a part in supporting our thriving ecosystem. We look forward to establishing new projects and opportunities in 2022, with new content to enhance the Farming Simulator 22 experience“, commented Christian Ammann, CEO of Giants Software. For the studio founded in 2004, this is a real turning point since its bet on self-publishing has already been successful.

As a reminder, Farming Simulators were previously published by Focus Entertainment, but this alliance is a thing of the past and it is now Giants Software that collects most of the revenue from its franchise. A franchise which no longer strives to release every year, but which will on the other hand be able to surf on an annual season pass system to keep farmers busy over time.

Sold for no less than 40 euros, the season pass for year 1 includes three additional contents as well as an extension including a new map and a plethora of machines. Finally, remember that the Farming Simulator franchise already had 25 million games sold in 2020.
