Outfit combinations with which you can survive any heat wave

At these temperatures, we don’t feel like wearing anything but a bikini, bathing suit and flip-flops. But we have to… We’ll show you four outfit combinations that will get you through any heat wave.

The perfect summer outfit should be airy, but still stylish. At least for us. We all probably know that it’s not always that easy at 30 degrees plus. That’s why here are four ultimate summer stylings that just always work. It doesn’t matter whether it’s 22 or 32 degrees…

How to brave the heat wave: 4 outfits for hot days

1. Linen Look

Let’s be honest: If you don’t know that linen keeps us cool in summer, you definitely live on another planet. Linen is simply the ultimate summer fabric because it is beautifully airy and light. That’s why the combination of linen shorts and blouse is just PERFECT! Feel free to play with the colors here, but an all-white look also looks great. Combine it with summery mules, sandals or sneakers. You can stay in it all day.

2. Cute combo

A skirt with a wrap look is a mega must-have this summer anyway. But combined with a casual print shirt, the skirt doesn’t look so super playful anymore (but of course it can – depending on the choice of shirt). If you like, you can tie the shirt together at the front, but of course it has to be cut a little wider for this. But we promise you, with this outfit combo you will never go wrong! Oh yes, the skirt can be flared a bit, have flounces or several layers of fabric. That looks pretty airy!

3. Basic body

There it is again – the body. One of our favorite pieces for…well actually for any occasion. In summer we wear it in all colors and preferably with airy linen trousers or shorts. Alternatively, it also looks great with a denim skirt or palazzo pants. It doesn’t really matter what you combine it with. With a special back neckline or a summery color, it turns your look into an eye-catcher all by itself.

4. For fashionistas

And then there’s the cycling shorts. We know it’s difficult, but it can look really cool. So we would pair them with an oversized shirt (it has to be REALLY oversized). So the buttocks are still covered, which most people simply feel more comfortable with. Cycling shorts can be a subtle color – like beige or black – but pastel shades are also very popular right now. But if you want to take it slow, stick to the basics. Add your favorite sneakers – that’s it!

Of course you can never go wrong with mini, midi and maxi dresses. They’re also perfect for when it’s hot – but they don’t really need much to combine. The outfit is there with a flick of the wrist – and you don’t need two parts for it.
