Fashionistas like Jeanne Damas or Jeanne Andreaa have long been fans of the new style of trousers and are currently wearing them up and down the streets of Paris. The special thing about the cropped jeans: The trouser leg is shortened – similar to a culottes. The French women also rely on a close-fitting cut that ends in a slight flap. But the wide version also makes the fashion radar 2021 swing upwards.
In addition to the style factor, the new jeans model has other advantages: the legs look longer and pretty shoes like strappy heels or thong heels finally get the attention they deserve.

Luckily, styling the cropped jeans is very easy. Inspired by the French fashionistas, we combine casual basic shirts, cashmere cardigans and blouses with XXL Peter Pan collars (very important: tuck tops in your trousers!). Filigree jewelry and subtle accessories complete the look without stealing the show from the it-piece.
If you want to go a step further when it comes to style, you don’t just go for cropped jeans made of denim, but also for a corduroy model. The cut in combination with the robust material looks casual and is therefore quite rightly a stylish alternative to the Frenchies.
