Why you should definitely get a tank top

To be inspired by your grandma's wardrobe is a tip that the greats of the fashion scene are already taking to heart. Whether patchwork cardigans, pleated skirts, wool hats or ruffled blouses: the so-called granny style can – well dosed – look super cool.

A new addition is a knit wear piece, which for many has long since been forgotten. For a long time, the tank top was considered to be the stuffy identification mark of the nerd. He is an absolute all-round talent that we would not want to miss anymore.

The tank top gives maxi dresses a great silhouette

Because the mixed form of vest and sweater can be combined particularly well with maxi dresses. They immediately get a cozy touch – even those with a more spring-like pattern, such as a flower print. The tank top also conjures up a beautiful silhouette in maxi dresses, as it accentuates the upper body with its slightly narrower cut and thus creates advantageous proportions. A little tip: This effect is also increased if you use a wide waist belt.

A welcome companion for the transition period

Fluctuating temperatures in autumn or spring are often a major challenge for us and our choice of outfit. It is not uncommon for us to dress either too cold or too warm. A tank top is the perfect companion here. It can be pulled over dresses, blouses and shirts quickly and easily and is just as quick to put down again.

Because without sleeves, it offers the necessary freedom of movement that some chunky sweaters cannot give us. The tank top unfolds its full, new coolness factor in particular when it comes to a break in style with items of clothing that you would not have expected with it.
