A tragic accident while falling trees happened on Saturday in a forest in St. Georgen im Attergau in Upper Austria. A 58-year-old was hit in the head by a trunk, he was believed to have died immediately.
The farmer’s wife checked on Saturday at around 4 p.m. and found her husband’s body. The ambulance of the Martin 3 rescue helicopter was unfortunately no longer able to help the man.
