Faurecia: Peugeot 1810 exceeds 5% of votes


(CercleFinance.com) – Peugeot 1810, a company controlled by Etablissement Peugeot Frères, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded, on March 22, the threshold of 5% of Faurecia’s voting rights, as a result of an allocation double voting rights.

The declarant specified that, as a result of this threshold crossing, he held 6,110,494 Faurecia shares representing 10,438,874 voting rights, ie 3.10% of the capital and 5.12% of the voting rights of the automotive supplier.
