(CercleFinance.com) – The FDJ group is joining forces with the French Cycling Federation to launch the 1st edition of the FDJ Women’s Elite French Cup.
Composed of eight rounds, each of which will take place over one day, the Coupe de France Elite Femmes FDJ aims to promote French women’s cycling, as crucial sporting events approach and to offer a new field of expression and performance to French cyclists.’
The competition, which will begin on Sunday 17 April with the Grand Prix Féminin de Chambéry, will be open to all member teams of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), whether French or international.
By joining forces with the French Cycling Federation, FDJ becomes the ‘title partner’ of the event and strengthens its commitment to women’s cycling.
