Each holder of BSA-DE (FR0013519550) has the option of requesting their exercise from their financial intermediary until June 25, 2022. For 7 BSA-DE exercised, the holder can acquire 1 new share issued by Fermentalg at the price of 1.75 euros. After the expiry date of June 25, 2022, the BSA-DE that have not been exercised will be cancelled.
For the record, these BSA-DEs were allocated on the occasion of the signing of the partnership agreement between Fermentalg and DDW, which has since become a subsidiary of the Givaudan Group, around BLUE ORIGINS, its new natural blue dye, an alternative to chemical dyes. of synthesis.
