FIFA 22, POTM, Premier League Player of the Month for January

Like every month, EA is preparing to announce the name of the Player of the Month (January POTM) of the Premier League for the FUT mode of FIFA 22. To do so, FIFA offers the possibility for fans to vote for one of the many players pre-selected by the editor. The fan vote counts as part of the final result. The winning player will get a special card (receiving a boost) available via DCE for one month.

The list of players selected for the Premier League POTM

For the month of January, EA has selected six players for this trophy. No surprise here with City players like Cancelo and Sterling. For once, January could be a complicated month with very few cards that would be Meta. Thus, KDB and De Gea are the two players who could be the most interesting in POTM version from a Meta point of view. Jack Harrison might also be okay if the boost is good given his current TOTW.

For the moment, it is difficult to identify a favorite among the 6, many fans mention KDB and Ward-Prowse.

You can vote on the official competition website to influence the final result.

POTM and investment on FUT

Premier League DCEs are usually very expensive as a lot of players invest in these challenges. Indeed, it is recommended to buy as regularly as possible Premier League player cards in order to sell them on the day of the release of the DCE.
