Like every year, Electronic Arts allows its community to elect the Team of the Year, which is supposed to reward the best players over the calendar year. Since January 10, it is possible to vote to elect the eleven best players (one goalkeeper, four defenders, three midfielders and three forwards) of the year 2021.
During this footballing year, many teams and nations have managed to stand out, sometimes thanks to certain individualities, but often thanks to a collective, like Italy during the Euro or Chelsea for the Champions League.
