The chemistry system of your players on FIFA 23 should totally change
According to a recent leak from WeaverImBMW4erthe chemistry system that affects the chemistry and bonds between the players of your FUT team should undergo serious changes.

The Alchemy system should also be replaced with a star system, with teams able to achieve a maximum of 3 Alchemy Stars for their team.

If these leaks are true, then we could be seeing a major change that will wipe out some of the authentic challenges in Ultimate Team mode.
One of the main tasks of any FUT player is to find a way to integrate their players into their team without compromising chemistry, so removing this feature should allow fans to create totally crazy teams.
In addition, this could therefore compromise the usefulness of the Icon cards which could link with all the cards already existing in the game.
